Board FAQs
Is this worth it for small events (200 people)?
Yes. One terminal is enough, minimum billing is €40. A small event with €1,500 revenue pays exactly €45 — no receipt chaos, no cash-book mistakes.
Can each helper close their own orders?
Yes. Each helper has a PIN. The device only shows the functions they need. The board sees who sold what in real time.
What does the closing report contain?
Per terminal and stand: gross revenue, VAT split (10%/22%), cash/card/NFC split, refunds, tips. PDF and CSV — DATEV-ready.
What about fiscalisation?
Italy: live Scontrino via fiskaly. Non-fiscal clubs can use simple mode. Austria (RKSV) and Germany (TSE) integration is in preparation.
When do we get the devices?
