Tickets, interval bar and push notifications — one system.
From amateur theatre to chamber concerts: Zomk combines online ticketing, box office and a small bar with an event app to reach your audience before the next show.
What culture clubs know
- Ticket platform charges 8–12 %, payout takes weeks.
- Box office is an Excel list and a cash box.
- The interval bar has three payment methods — none of them card.
- Reaching your audience between shows? Only via Facebook posts.

Frequently asked
How does entry work?
Every ticket has a personalised QR code. The handheld scans in under a second and marks the ticket as redeemed. Double use is detected instantly.
What does it cost per ticket?
No fixed ticket fee — just the Zomk fee on gross revenue: 3.0% (<10k), 2.5% (<50k), 2.0% (<100k), 1.5% (>100k). Stripe fees go directly to Stripe.
Can we do seat plans?
Yes, a simple seat plan with categories works. For very complex seat plans, ask us in onboarding.
What does the push app do?
Buyers get their ticket in the event app. You can remind them before the show, announce programme changes or promote the next show — GDPR-compliant, opt-in.
Does it fit concerts or readings too?
Yes. Anything with a ticket, entry check and optional bar fits Zomk.
