Billing questions
Who gets the money?
The club or company directly. Zomk never holds customer funds — payouts run via Stripe Connect to your IBAN, usually next day.
When do we get the invoice?
Within a few working days after the event ends, with detailed VAT breakdown and revenue report.
What counts as gross revenue?
All income through Zomk: cash, card, NFC top-ups, ticket sales. Refunded wristband balances are subtracted.
Do we pay upfront?
No. You pay only after the event, and only if revenue was actually made.
