Network, Wi-Fi, cameras, livestream — powered by alps.one.
Cashless only works with a stable network. Zomk delivers payments, tickets and POS — alps.one delivers the infrastructure that keeps everything on site actually running.
Zomk and alps.one are sister projects from South Tyrol. One point of contact, one concept, one setup on event day.
What alps.one delivers on site
Coverage for bars, stages, backoffice and till area. Redundant so a single outage doesn't take down the whole venue.
Fibre, microwave link or bundled LTE/5G — depending on the site. Even where regular networks don't reach.
Temporary camera install for tills, entry/exit and stage areas. GDPR-compliant.
Stage streaming on YouTube, Facebook or your own site. Multi-camera possible.
Planning and cabling for the payment network — so every terminal and router runs reliably.
Technicians on the ground during the event — no queue, no ticketing system.

FAQ
Do I have to book both?
No. If you already have an IT partner, we happily work alongside them — Zomk stands on its own. If not, combining with alps.one removes all the coordination work.
What if the network drops during the event?
Zomk tills keep selling offline and sync as soon as the network is back. alps.one plans redundancy so this rarely happens.
Can alps.one deliver only the internet uplink?
Yes. Wi-Fi, streaming, cameras — each bookable individually. We still recommend a joint concept because the areas connect.
From what size does this make sense?
From the moment you'd have to manage network and streaming yourself — usually multi-day events or several bars and stages.
