Frequently asked
What does it cost for our fête?
No base fee, no rent. After the event the club receives an invoice: 3.0% of gross revenue under €10k, 2.5% under €50k, 2.0% under €100k, 1.5% above. Minimum €40 per terminal. Stripe fees go directly to Stripe; Zomk never marks them up.
Do we need internet on site?
Devices have a SIM and also work over Wi-Fi. If the network drops you can keep selling offline — sales sync as soon as connection returns.
Do we have to print receipts?
In Italy: yes, every receipt is signed live through fiskaly. Austria (RKSV) and Germany (TSE) integration is in preparation — until then use simple mode if your club isn't subject to fiscal law.
What happens to leftover wristband balances?
Guests have 72 hours to request a refund by IBAN. After that the amount expires — or you define a donation option to the club.
How fast can we go live?
Submit the form, quick onboarding call, devices arrive pre-configured with your menu. One week's lead time is plenty for a standard fête.
