Purpose: we process your data solely to reply to your request for Zomk trial access and to contact you on the same channel.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Retention: up to 12 months after the last contact, then deleted or anonymised — unless a contract or a statutory retention obligation extends the period.
Recipients: only authorised Zomk staff. We use a technical email provider as a processor (EU/EEA).
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and lodging a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Italy: Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
Withdrawal: you can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future — informally by e-mail to privacy@zomk.app. The lawfulness of processing before withdrawal remains unaffected.
